Description

You will own the management and direction of IT operations and digital transformation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure, systems, and networks for stability and performance.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Implement cybersecurity policies and manage SIEM tools to ensure compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Supervise IT support operations and resolve complex technical issues.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery and endpoint management strategies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration with leadership exposure.
• Proficiency with LAN/WAN, VPNs, and Firewalls.
• Experience managing SIEM tools (Splunk/Sentinel).
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management solutions like Intune and Defender.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or CISM.
