Description
You will manage the negotiation and lifecycle of software contracts and IT service agreements.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate terms with third-party suppliers for software licenses, implementations, maintenance, and subscriptions.
- Manage contract renewals and purchasing processes for IT services, training, and consulting.
- Mitigate risk through effective negotiation of cloud computing and technology-related agreements.
- Collaborate with internal legal, information security, finance, and business operations stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in contracts, risk, information technology, or financial services.
- Proven experience negotiating software license agreements or cloud computing agreements.
- Direct experience with software license agreements.
- Technical support knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration.
