Description

You will manage the negotiation and lifecycle of software contracts and IT service agreements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms with third-party suppliers for software licenses, implementations, maintenance, and subscriptions.
• Manage contract renewals and purchasing processes for IT services, training, and consulting.
• Mitigate risk through effective negotiation of cloud computing and technology-related agreements.
• Collaborate with internal legal, information security, finance, and business operations stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in contracts, risk, information technology, or financial services.
• Proven experience negotiating software license agreements or cloud computing agreements.
• Direct experience with software license agreements.
• Technical support knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration.
