Description

You will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing Windows-based infrastructure and supporting SQL systems that are critical to business operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, secure, and optimize Windows-based infrastructure
• Support SQL systems critical to business operations
• Perform Windows system administration tasks in mid to large-scale environments
• Execute automation and administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and database issues
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders on infrastructure initiatives

Qualifications

• Required
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Windows system administration in mid to large-scale environments
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including installation, maintenance, scripting, and performance tuning
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
  • High level of familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix)
  • Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Detail-oriented approach to work
  • Customer outcome focused mindset
  • Ability to engage effectively with customers
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management processes
