Description

You will manage and optimize GIS systems and application performance within a utility environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcFM, and related Esri technologies.
• Execute performance testing using Load Runner to simulate large user bases and analyze system usage.
• Perform application performance tuning for GIS platforms and databases.
• Automate tasks and testing workflows using Python and ArcPy.
• Communicate complex technical analysis and solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in GIS system support and engineering.
• Deep expertise in ArcFM, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Server.
• Hands-on experience with Load Runner Enterprise or equivalent performance testing tools.
• Proficiency in Python (ArcPy) for automation.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle database performance tuning.
• Background in software testing management and application administration.
• Experience working within Agile teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with A/B testing and stress testing software.
• Administration and troubleshooting of Oracle and MySQL.
• Experience with Analysis for Office.
