Description

You will own the technical implementation, support, and site survey operations for network and IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed technical site surveys at client locations and act as the liaison between ITS and DOL.
• Develop rough order of magnitude estimates for site surveys and submit internal requests to track them to completion.
• Implement, configure, install, troubleshoot, relocate, and remove network equipment on site.
• Provide desktop support and guide other team members in resolving technical issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of desktop support experience.
• 60+ months of experience installing and troubleshooting data communications equipment.
• 60+ months of experience with data cable installation and troubleshooting.
• 60+ months of experience installing and troubleshooting servers.
• 60+ months of experience installing and troubleshooting PCs and printers.
• 36+ months of general desktop support experience.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting technical site surveys.
