Description

You will own the end-to-end access management lifecycle, from software deployment to license provisioning and rights management.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution design and architecture by translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and implement automation to improve current processes and build a foundational IAM framework.
• Partner with application, technology, and security teams to provide technical expertise and design guidance.
• Participate in security audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for compliance.
• Create and maintain documentation for access management activities and metric reporting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• Extensive SharePoint Online administration, including permissions, content governance, and site collections.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for business solutions and custom workflows.
• Experience managing Power Platform workflows that integrate across O365.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise directory architecture, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• University or College education in Computer Science or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience with Identity Management solutions such as CA IDM, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
