Description

You will manage and maintain production data centre infrastructure to ensure 24x7x365 uptime.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain data centre infrastructure systems.
• Design and document network strategies, including logical and physical diagrams.
• Lead large-scale IT initiatives and enterprise disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Partner with development and operations teams to enhance reliability and meet organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor less-experienced engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure administration in data centre/SaaS architectures within DevOps/Agile frameworks.
• 10+ years of experience with VMware virtualization technologies (vSphere, vCenter, NSX, vSAN).
• Expertise in enterprise-class network administration (Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto).
• 7+ years in firewall and VPN design/implementation (e.g., Juniper SRX).
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux (Red Hat).
• Extensive experience with data storage solutions and enterprise security administration.
• Experience with VLANs, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and distributed file system architectures.
• Hands-on experience automating processes using Ansible.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related Engineering field.
