Description

You will manage commercial cloud business applications and back-office systems to ensure the reliability of corporate server environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket requests within ServiceNow following ITIL methodology.
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements through pattern analysis and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with local business departments to align IT strategies with organizational goals.
• Mentor local IT team members to address knowledge gaps and handle escalations.
• Research and recommend new technologies to support business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT systems administration.
• Expertise in Windows and Azure server administration.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, AD Sync, and Group Policy management.
• Administration of DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals including routing, VLANs, and IP addressing.
• Management of Office 365, Exchange Online, and Teams.
• Security administration using Azure Security Center, Application Security, and O365 policies.
• Identity Management experience including SSO (SAML) and certificate management.
• Virtualization proficiency with VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure.
• Automation and scripting skills using PowerShell and MsGraph.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu), or Python and Perl scripting.
• Background in Cloud contact centers (Genesys Cloud) and Cloud CRM (Pega or Salesforce).
