Description

You will manage and maintain server environments across multi-OS and hybrid IT infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers to ensure system stability and security.
• Analyze and remediate IT security issues to protect systems against emerging threats.
• Evaluate existing processes to implement system improvements and industry best practices.
• Perform root-cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues and minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration.
• Strong Windows Administration expertise, specifically Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience with Linux Administration.
• Proficiency managing physical and virtual infrastructure using VMware.
• Experience managing ERP systems and enterprise applications including SAP and Oracle.
• Strong background in IT Security with a holistic understanding of complex IT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency with scripting languages including PowerShell and Bash.
• Familiarity with security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM.
