Description

You will manage the integration and technical analysis of complex mainframe and distributed systems in Nashville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate complex IT systems to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Develop and maintain Identity Management (IDM) solutions for secure access and compliance.
• Design, develop, and manage ETL processes for data migration and integration.
• Provide technical expertise for managing Z platforms and VM databases.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or Integration Analyst.
• Extensive experience with mainframe systems, including Z platforms and VM databases.
• Proficiency in COBOL and Natural programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Management (IDM) and ETL processes.
• Experience with database management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience documenting system specifications, configurations, and changes.
