Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for SCCM/SMS by resolving escalated tickets and performing root cause analysis to address underlying issues and ensure SLA-compliant resolution.
• Maintain and manage client lifecycle management processes using Intune and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite, ensuring efficient deployment and ongoing device management.
• Update and manage the knowledge base by documenting troubleshooting steps and solutions to support continuous improvement and onboarding.
• Train and coach junior analysts on SCCM/SMS best practices and operational procedures to strengthen team capability.
• Monitor service metrics and customer feedback to improve customer experience and drive high CSAT through effective first-call resolution.

Skills Required:

• 9 - 12 years of relevant experience in SCCM/SMS and enterprise endpoint management operations.
• SCCM for endpoint/client lifecycle management and operational support.
• SMS for managing and troubleshooting enterprise device operations.
• Root cause analysis and incident resolution to meet SLA targets.
• Device deployment and management support across Microsoft endpoint management tooling.

Good to Have:

• Intune for client management and deployment.
• Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite for device lifecycle management.

Education: B. Sc., B.E., M.S., M.Sc. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent)
