Description

You will manage enterprise endpoint infrastructure using SCCM and Intune, resolving escalated incidents and driving continuous improvement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated SCCM/SMS tickets through root cause analysis to ensure SLA-compliant resolution.
• Manage client lifecycle processes using Intune and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite for efficient device deployment.
• Maintain the knowledge base by documenting troubleshooting steps to support team onboarding and continuous improvement.
• Train and coach junior analysts on SCCM/SMS best practices and operational procedures.
• Monitor service metrics and customer feedback to drive high CSAT through effective first-call resolution.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of relevant experience in SCCM/SMS and enterprise endpoint management operations.
• Deep expertise in SCCM for endpoint/client lifecycle management and operational support.
• Proficiency in SMS for managing and troubleshooting enterprise device operations.
• Strong ability in root cause analysis and incident resolution to meet SLA targets.
• Experience with device deployment and management support across Microsoft endpoint management tooling.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Intune for client management and deployment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite for device lifecycle management.
