Description

You will own the installation, configuration, and support of the organization's IT infrastructure and cloud services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, installation, configuration, monitoring, and administration of computer systems and networks.
• Analyze IT infrastructure to improve performance, capacity, and scalability, evaluating new technologies for company initiatives.
• Provide an escalation point for IT Support Services, covering Office 365, Active Directory, and end-user networking.
• Participate in building and configuring server environments and application services, using automation for consistency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions, including providing 24x7 on-call support for network and systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an IT systems engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
• Experience administering cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications (Azure or AWS).
• VMware management, optimization, and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
• Experience with database management software like MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Understanding of information security principles, including network and endpoint protection.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
