Description

Manage, secure, and support production Google Workspace and Microsoft O365 environments, including SSO integrations, IAM configurations, and collaboration tool integrations across multiple platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement, licensing, access, and lifecycle management for cloud and SaaS applications.
• Execute user onboarding and offboarding processes, managing accounts, security groups, and mailing lists.
• Maintain documentation for tool procurement, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Support audio/visual and VoIP software and devices, providing occasional desktop OS support for MacOS and Windows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems management.
• Extensive experience configuring, securing, and managing production Google Workspace.
• Slack administration expertise, including multi-workspace enterprise grid and application integrations.
• Deep knowledge of SSO, MFA, and email technologies.
• Experience with endpoint management using JAMF for Mac and Intune for Windows.
• Proven track record in onboarding, procurement, and license management of SaaS vendors.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Google Workspace Suite and Microsoft Office365.
• Strong IAM and MacOS management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Google Workspace Certification.
