You will own the technical analysis and requirements definition for IT solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Evaluate new technologies and assess existing systems and services.
• Support solution design, proof-of-concepts, testing, and production deployments.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, change management processes, and risk mitigation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
• Experience working within healthcare or health system environments.
• Knowledge of Canadian health information legislation (e.g., HIA).
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• IT Business Analysis proficiency.
