What’s the Job?

Lead technical architecture and implementation across multiple concurrent, large-scale IT projects.

Manage all technical aspects of cross-functional initiatives including software selection, integration, and infrastructure planning.

Lead integration of COTS applications into legacy environments, including AS/400 systems.

Conduct product evaluations and proof-of-concept initiatives for new technologies.

Oversee and guide onsite and offshore development teams, including project planning, estimates, and delivery timelines.

What’s Needed?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

8+ years of IT experience, including technical architecture and solution design.

Strong background in software development with technologies such as Java, JavaScript, C++, RPG (RPG IV / RPGLE), SQL, APIs, and web services.

Experience working within AS/400 environments and integrating legacy systems (ETL, ESB, or EDI preferred).

Experience leading development teams and working within cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
