Description

Lead and deliver complex IT projects with multiple workstreams under aggressive schedules. Own all project phases from initiation through closeout, adhering to the Commonwealth Standard for Project Management. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful infrastructure delivery, including network, server, and cloud components.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Oversee IT infrastructure delivery, encompassing SaaS, OS upgrades, storage, and networking.
• Direct vulnerability remediation, software installations, and vendor management activities.
• Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams to meet strict delivery deadlines.

Required Skills

• PMP certification through PMI or PM certification from the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery and cloud implementations.
• Proven track record managing large, multi-stream, and complex IT projects.
• Technical familiarity with network technologies such as switches, firewalls, and circuits.
• Experience with SaaS, identity access management, risk management, and SIEM.
• Knowledge of various software development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
