Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions in a package-based environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ITSM solutions based on functional requirements.
• Perform unitary testing and participate in integration testing before delivery.
• Deploy solutions by contributing to change management processes.
• Maintain and optimize working solutions during Business as Usual (BAU) support.
• Apply Agile and Lean values within a Scrum team environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ITSM development.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow implementation and ITSM modules.
• Proven track record of delivery in a package-based context.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience working within Scrum teams using Agile methodologies.
• Ability to build stable, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Admin Certified or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
