Description

You will lead ITSM project and program management within enterprise environments, ensuring strict governance and cross-functional delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Operations, Security, and Product teams.
• Own process documentation, including SOPs, playbooks, runbooks, and policy docs, with rigorous version control.
• Manage ITSM platform implementations and configurations on ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.
• Provide executive reporting and manage stakeholder communications to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills

• 10–14 years of experience in IT Service Management and Project/Program Management.
• Hands-on expertise with ITSM platforms, specifically ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Proficiency in project tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining version-controlled process documentation.
• Demonstrated success in driving delivery in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex, multi-team enterprise programs.
