Description

Design, build, and maintain IVR applications and telephony network services using the Genesys Cloud platform. You will own the integration of web services into telephony systems and ensure robust SIP-based VoIP operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop IVR applications using object-oriented programming languages.
• Integrate SOAP, VXML, XML, and REST web services into telephony systems.
• Troubleshoot SIP-based VoIP traffic and resolve system integration issues.
• Manage PBX architecture and telecommunication network services.
• Utilize Genesys Cloud platform and associated tools to support daily telephony operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IVR development and PBX architecture.
• Proficiency with SOAP, VXML, XML, and REST web services integration.
• Experience with SQL and software development using object-oriented languages.
• Deep knowledge of SIP-based VoIP traffic troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with the Genesys Cloud platform.
• Background in telecommunication network services.

• Genesys Cloud CX Professional, Architect, and Scripting certifications.
• Genesys Engage certifications.
