Description

You will design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications for customer service operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced IVR applications using object-oriented programming.
• Integrate telephony systems with other computer systems using web services and communication protocols.
• Troubleshoot SIP-based VoIP traffic and integrate dissimilar SIP telephony systems.
• Manage the integration of telephony architecture with PBX and telecommunication network services.
• Support contact center operations by addressing key metrics and workforce management needs.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in IVR application development or telephony integration.
• Proficiency with SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, and REST.
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages.
• Knowledge of PBX architecture and telecommunication network services.
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot SIP-based VoIP traffic.
• Understanding of contact center operations and workforce management metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Genesys Cloud.
• Experience managing and developing speech recognition systems and grammars.
