Job Description:

Client requires the services of a Senior Java and Curam developer to provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design and programming for application development and maintenance operations using Java, ReactJS and Curam programming technologies. This role will work with the client team to design, develop and maintain the code for some of the enhancements based on the backlog of change requests from the business including help fix some of the defects from the backlog. This role will help support the FNS payment error rate reduction related efforts that includes evidence automations, Case approvals, Proactive QC alerts etc. This role will also work with other members of the application development team in FNS and other program areas to develop code based on the existing and new requirements. This role also will collaborate with the release team for source control and code build and release related activities for the FNS area of the code. This role needs strong working experience in Java and IBM Curam framework to understand, design and an develop the underlying rules for the FNS and SNAP products to develop and support batches for FNS payment error rate reduction efforts, Interfaces, and others.

Must-Have Skills (Required): 

• 7+ years of experience developing web applications using J2EE, XML, and related tools.
• Cúram V6/V7/V8 Certified Developer; V8 certification preferred.
• 7+ years of Social Enterprise Management experience.
• 7+ years of Cúram development experience covering requirements, functional design, development, and testing.
• 7+ years of experience with the Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules.
• 7+ years of experience in troubleshooting, problem identification, and technical issue resolution.
• 7+ years of experience communicating technical concepts to technical teams and non-IT business users.
• 7+ years of experience creating technical documentation using MS Office, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 7+ years of experience in customer relationship management, issue resolution, and independently identifying solutions.
• 7+ years of experience organizing, prioritizing, and following complex technical procedures.
• 5+ years of experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework components, Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), and Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT).
• 5+ years of technical knowledge in Eclipse, HTML, CSS, and Web Services standards (SOAP/WSDL).

Preferred Skills (Highly Desired): 

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle database platforms and tools.
• 5+ years of experience with state government IT functions.
• 3+ years of experience using Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA.
• 3+ years of experience with Cúram Web Services.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud development.
• 3+ years of experience in Python programming.

Nice-to-Have Skills: 

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere
