Description

You will design and deploy microservices within a distributed architecture using modern Java features, develop dynamic web pages integrated with back-end logic, and build RESTful web services. You will manage relational and cloud-based databases, implement security and identity management, and handle version control and CI/CD pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy microservices using modern Java features.
• Develop dynamic web pages and integrate them with back-end logic.
• Build and consume RESTful web services and integrate various API protocols.
• Manage relational and cloud-based databases, including schema design and ORM.
• Implement security and identity management using OAuth2.0, JWT, and SAML/SSO.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Java, specifically Java 17+ features like records, sealed classes, and pattern matching.
• Extensive experience with the Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Batch.
• Strong database management skills with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP, and protocols such as S/FTP/S and HTTP/S.
• Testing expertise using JUnit, TestNG, and Mockito.
• Version control and CI/CD experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Security integration experience with Keycloak, OAuth2.0, and JWT.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience with Node 16+, Maven, NPM, and AWS RDS.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
