Description

You will design and implement scalable, secure Java-based applications, defining system architecture and technical standards. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture, frameworks, and technical standards for Java applications.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud adoption strategies across the organization.
• Review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor developers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and evaluate new technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software development with 3–5+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
• Strong experience in Java (8/11/17+) and core Java concepts.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and web services.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Proficiency in database design (SQL & NoSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and reactive programming (Spring WebFlux).
• Certification in Java or cloud technologies and exposure to DevOps practices.
