Description

You will design and build scalable, cloud-native Java applications in a hands-on capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop complex Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Write code, conduct code reviews, and implement performance optimizations.
• Create system architecture diagrams using draw.io and present designs via PowerPoint.
• Define system architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Communicate technical decisions to developers, DevOps, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
• 5+ years of architecture and design experience in large enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong hands-on coding skills and proficiency in SOLID, DRY, and SRP principles.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to use draw.io for architectural diagramming.

Preferred Skills

• Strong documentation and presentation skills using PowerPoint.
