Description

You will design and implement large-scale enterprise architectures and lead technical strategy for new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid POCs to experiment and establish technical rails for the engineering team.
• Design and maintain enterprise, platform, data, and API architectures in collaboration with VPs and Architects.
• Drive high-level and detailed designs and lead formal design reviews.
• Mentor engineers and solution architects to ensure complex technologies are implemented with high quality.
• Engage with cross-functional leaders to define business principles and communicate strategy direction to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java and backend or middleware processing.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale, cloud-native platforms.
• Proven track record with high-throughput, high-performance applications.
• Proficiency with Java and AWS.
• Experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architectures and service mesh technologies.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
