Description

Lead architecture and redesign efforts for large, complex enterprise applications. You own end-to-end solution design and build secure, scalable, resilient architectures in Java.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design across all phases of project implementation.
• Architect and implement Microservices, including security, design patterns, and best practices.
• Guide teams on secure coding practices, performance tuning, and troubleshooting system bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with client architects and business teams to define and refine technical solutions.
• Design and build secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable architectures in Java.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with enterprise-scale Java architecture and development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Experience building secure, high-quality REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with multi-threaded and concurrent application design.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle.
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Experience with XML and XSD parsing and transformations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in hybrid on-site environments in Pune.
