Description

Lead technical planning, architecture, and delivery of software solutions while mentoring team members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, and architectural design.
• Develop, test, debug, and modify software enhancements using modern programming languages.
• Conduct code audits and reviews to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
• Communicate technical solutions and design decisions directly with clients.
• Manage assigned tasks independently and participate in all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of application development experience.
• 5+ years of professional programming experience with Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and EMR.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience using Terraform for infrastructure.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Direct client-facing or consulting experience.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Financial Services domain.
