Description

Architect and develop scalable backend services and cloud-native solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, migrating legacy frameworks to cloud-native architectures.
• Build and manage AWS solutions including Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Aurora, and Redshift to ensure high availability.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/GitLab, SonarQube, and automated testing.
• Integrate frontend JavaScript frameworks with backend APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Lead TDD/BDD methodologies, writing unit and integration tests using JUnit.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing with Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE technologies (Servlets, JMS, JDBC).
• Proven experience building cloud-native applications on AWS, specifically Lambda and managed databases (DynamoDB/Aurora).
• Proficiency in backend development patterns, including Hibernate and Object-Oriented design.
• Strong understanding of SQL, specifically Oracle, and experience with MQ.
• Experience consuming and producing data in JSON and XML formats.
• Familiarity with Web Services (REST/SOAP) and security concepts like HTTPS and JAAS.
• Skilled in Git-based version control and automated quality gates (SonarQube).
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks for full-stack integration.
