Description

You will design and build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. You will own the development of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and secure service-to-service integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC for RESTful APIs.
• Build microservices and implement service-to-service integrations with secure authentication using OAuth2.
• Implement persistence and data access layers using Spring Boot JPA and relational databases.
• Containerize applications and support deployments, ideally using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment using Git for version control.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java backend development.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Micro Services, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth2 for secure authentication.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Experience with Git and Agile development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization of applications.
