Description

You will design and build high-scale backend systems using Java and distributed architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems that meet PCI-DSS, PII, and SOX compliance standards.
• Develop and consume RESTful services within distributed environments.
• Optimize service performance through profiling and tuning.
• Implement messaging patterns using Kafka and manage data via NoSQL databases.
• Maintain software security and compliance frameworks throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and J2EE.
• Strong command of object-oriented programming and data structures.
• In-depth experience with Kafka for messaging.
• Experience with Cassandra and NoSQL databases.
• Practical knowledge of RESTful service development.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Gradle, Maven, and Git.
• Knowledge of software security and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Redis caching technologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies.
