Description

Lead backend development teams to design, implement, and maintain Java-based services and APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor backend developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Design and implement scalable Java backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with architects to define technical requirements and project scope.
• Oversee performance optimization, troubleshooting, and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience designing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate and SQL.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Proven experience leading teams in Agile environments.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization, orchestration, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
