Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, cloud-native backend services and event-driven architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Build event-driven, decoupled architectures leveraging Kafka, RabbitMQ, or GCP Pub/Sub.
• Implement API-first architectures and manage RESTful API integrations.
• Deploy and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes on GKE.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and system monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Deep understanding of message queuing systems including Kafka, RabbitMQ, or GCP Pub/Sub.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
• Experience building and managing RESTful APIs.
• Ability to implement CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
