Description

You will design, build, and maintain large-scale Java microservices for enterprise environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex microservices using API design patterns.
• Develop engineering best practices and lead technology teams to deliver projects.
• Collaborate with experts to resolve technical challenges and meet business objectives.
• Provide production support, including troubleshooting defects in a 24x7 on-call environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 8+ years of application development in Java.
• 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• 3+ years with database technologies including Oracle or MongoDB.
• 2+ years of experience with Kafka.
• 2+ years with REST APIs, Microservices, or SOA.
• Experience designing enterprise applications for large-scale real-time and batch data processing.
• Strong understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Knowledge of IT Security Frameworks, including Authentication, Authorization, and Access Control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOA technologies (BPEL, Web Services, WSDL, SOAP, XML, XSD).
• Experience with Redis or Oracle Coherence Cache.
• Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Wholesale Payments.
