Description

You will design, build, and maintain REST API services and own the end-to-end migration from Oracle DB to Azure Cosmos DB.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, low-latency, and fault-tolerant architecture for web and mobile applications.
• Implement reactive programming to handle Azure Cosmos DB change feeds via listeners and stored procedures.
• Develop unit and automation testing frameworks to achieve high code coverage.
• Monitor application health and debug production issues using Splunk dashboards and queries.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Tomcat.
• Experience with Oracle DB and Azure Cosmos DB migrations.
• Proficiency with Kafka for backend data communication.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Selenium, Mocha, and Chai.
• Experience using Git for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD integration.
• Competency in using JIRA for defect tracking and SonarQube for code quality analysis.
• Ability to perform load testing using JMeter.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
