You will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade backend systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end and third-party systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and front-end teams to deliver features.
• Mentor junior developers and resolve production issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of backend development experience using Java.
• Deep proficiency in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Data.
• Experience with microservices architecture and asynchronous processing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
