Description

You will design and implement complex backend architectures focused on high scalability, guiding the engineering team on scalable patterns and integrating services within AWS and Kubernetes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex architectures to meet high scalability requirements.
• Guide the wider engineering team on scalable implementation patterns.
• Interact with the project ecosystem to integrate backend services effectively.
• Develop and maintain services within an AWS and Kubernetes environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Java backend development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with AWS environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to design for high scalability.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to work onsite in Mountain View, CA, 4-5 days a week.
