Description

You design and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop secure server-side solutions integrated with databases and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with front-end, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Follow Agile, SDLC, and CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Java backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
• Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and JUnit.
• Solid understanding of multithreading, design patterns, and OOP.
• Experience with API testing tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or Financial Services domains.
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
