Description

You will design, develop, and maintain large-scale backend applications using Java and modern microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services for high availability.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka to handle asynchronous messaging.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
• Perform application performance tuning to achieve sub-second response times and optimize system throughput.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building large-scale backend applications using Core Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture patterns.
• Experience with Kafka messaging systems for distributed event processing.
• Proficiency in JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, and Unix shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for containerized deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
