Description

You will build and maintain critical backend systems for the Banking and Finance sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
• Implement event-driven systems leveraging Kafka.
• Collaborate with teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and maintain APIs and services adhering to security and scalability standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive timely resolutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive software development experience.
• 10+ years proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• 10+ years experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Kafka.
• 6+ years experience with Spring Security.
• Working knowledge of RESTful services and API gateways.
• Background in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD.
• Proficiency with Elastic Search and Relational Databases (RDBMS).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
