Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable, fault-tolerant Java backend applications and microservices
• Build high-volume transactional systems using Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA
• Integrate AI/ML models and LLMs into enterprise Java applications and transactional workflows
• Develop RAG solutions using vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or pgvector
• Develop event-driven and asynchronous architectures using Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, or Bamboo
• Implement comprehensive automated testing using JUnit and Mockito, following TDD/BDD practices

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise Java development experience with strong hands-on experience in Java 11/17 or later
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with RESTful APIs, distributed microservices, and high-volume transactional systems
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven architectures
• Strong SQL and relational database experience, preferably Oracle or SQL Server
• Hands-on AI/ML integration experience with LLMs/Generative AI into enterprise applications
• Experience with LangChain4j, ONNX Runtime, or DJL for AI integration
• Knowledge of RAG and Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or pgvector
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP or Pivotal Cloud Foundry)
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, or Bamboo
• Experience with JUnit and Mockito for automated testing
