Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend services and microservices, translating requirements into robust software architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build web services and microservices for commercial environments.
• Implement systems prioritizing reliability, availability, scalability, and performance.
• Translate requirements into scalable designs using strong OOP principles.
• Advocate for code craftsmanship, high coding standards, and automated testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of backend development experience with technical leadership.
• Expertise in Java and Java EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Spring MVC, Hibernate, JPA, and JMS.
• Proficiency with application servers and servlet containers.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and modern database technologies.
• Experience with JDBC and Oracle databases.
• Competency in REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SOAP/WSDL.
• Practical use of Java build tools and continuous integration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Identity standards and domain-specific expertise.
