Description

You will lead backend development and database optimization for web applications.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) and Joint Application Requirements (JAR) meetings.
  • Conduct technical design and code peer reviews.
  • Write and troubleshoot complex SQL code for Oracle databases.
  • Design, build, and deploy applications within cloud environments.
  • Optimize SQL queries for high-performance application requirements.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • 15+ years of experience using Spring MVC, Spring Batch, and Spring Web Services.
  • 15+ years of experience supporting web applications running on Oracle.
  • 10+ years of experience designing and tuning SQL for performance.
  • 10+ years of experience with Jira, Bitbucket, ServiceNow, SQL Developer, and Eclipse IDE.
  • Experience with Azure or AWS cloud deployment.
  • Experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs functions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
