Description

You will lead backend development and database optimization for web applications, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) and Joint Application Requirements (JAR) meetings.
• Conduct technical design and code peer reviews.
• Design, build, and deploy applications within Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries for Oracle databases.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, and JavaScript frameworks.
• 15+ years of experience using Spring MVC, Spring Batch, and Spring Web Services.
• 15+ years of experience supporting web applications running on Oracle.
• 10+ years of experience designing and tuning SQL for performance.
• 10+ years of experience with Jira, Bitbucket, ServiceNow, SQL Developer, and Eclipse IDE.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud deployment.
• Experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
