Description

You will own production incident resolution and lead technical troubleshooting across the software and hardware stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive production incidents to resolution by performing root cause analysis and recreating defects locally for debugging.
• Install, configure, and maintain PKS Kubernetes Web Services environments.
• Optimize SQL queries for efficient execution on large databases.
• Collaborate with architects, network engineers, and business analysts to resolve technical issues and design concerns.
• Participate in on-call shifts and application performance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Web Services based architectures, including REST APIs, Web Methods, and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (PKS) or Cloud-based environments.
• Proficiency in SQL optimization, scheduled jobs, and Splunk.
• Experience developing REST API services.
• Familiarity with network architecture, including XML Gateways, Firewalls, and network diagrams.
• Experience using Dynatrace APM tool.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jenkins, Concourse, Git, and middleware technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundations certification or higher.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
