Description

You will build and maintain a highly scalable Next Generation API Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices for consumer-facing applications.
• Write high-quality, secure, and performant code using TDD practices.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including specifications, quality, release deployments, and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with DevOps to set up build pipelines and add production instrumentation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor engineers through code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing secure object-oriented web services.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and Spring frameworks.
• Proficiency in Restful API development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with build and CI tools including Maven, Jenkins, and Gradle.
• Full software development lifecycle experience.

Preferred Skills

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
