Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade server-side applications using Java/J2EE.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable solutions applying object-oriented principles and GoF design patterns.
• Build and consume RESTful web services with strong performance optimization.
• Handle multithreading and concurrency issues to ensure system stability.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Deep expertise in Core Java, Multithreading, and Concurrency.
• Strong knowledge of Design Patterns (GoF) and system design.
• Experience with Spring Framework (MVC) and RESTful Web Services.
• Proficiency with DB2 or similar enterprise databases.
• Experience with Application Servers such as Tomcat and WebSphere.
• Strong Unix/Linux development and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (TeamCity preferred).
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as IBM MQ.
