Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with 10-12+ years of software development experience and a strong background in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise banking applications supporting Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Regulatory Compliance. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance banking solutions.

Mandatory Banking Experience

10-12+ years of experience in enterprise application development with at least 3-5+ years in Banking/Financial Services.
Strong experience working on Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Digital Banking, or Investment Banking projects.
Hands-on experience in Core Banking Systems, Customer Information File (CIF), Account Management, Deposits, Loans, Lending, and Transaction Processing.
Experience with Trade Finance, Treasury, Cash Management, Credit Risk, AML, KYC, Fraud Detection, and Regulatory Reporting.
Experience integrating banking platforms with payment gateways, third-party financial systems & external banking APIs.
Knowledge of high-volume transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance enterprise banking applications using Java technologies.
Build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications for banking operations.
Develop solutions supporting Payments, Core Banking, Lending, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Digital Banking platforms.
Integrate banking applications with internal and external financial systems.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms for banking applications.
Optimize application performance for high-volume financial transactions
