Description

Lead engineering teams to design, code, and test distributed multi-tiered systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams and mentor developers in an Agile environment.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade APIs using REST, JSON, and XML.
• Develop and maintain high-performance backend applications and data pipelines.
• Translate technical and business objectives into scalable software solutions.
• Apply object-oriented design and automated testing across multiple platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• At least one year of experience in a technical team lead role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and coding.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Java with advanced design patterns and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with Microservices, Event-Driven Systems, Kafka, and stream processing.
• Hands-on work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and networking/firewall configurations.
